Our Mission & Purpose
Netmash Fertility Support CIC is a Community Interest Company, registered in England and Wales, established to carry on activities that benefit the community — in particular, supporting individuals and families in Zimbabwe through their fertility journeys.
Who We Are
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), Netmash operates under a statutory "asset lock" — every asset and every pound raised is applied solely towards our community purpose, and can never be distributed for private profit. It is a structure built for accountability, which is part of why we exist: to give the diaspora community, donors and partner organisations in the UK confidence that support given to Netmash reaches the people it is intended for.
We work directly with individuals, couples and families in Zimbabwe affected by infertility and reproductive health challenges — walking with them through some of the most difficult and often silent chapters of their lives.
What We Do
Advance public education and awareness regarding fertility, infertility, reproductive health, assisted conception and family building.
Provide emotional support, information, guidance and peer support to individuals, couples and families.
Establish and facilitate support groups, workshops, seminars, conferences and educational programmes.
Provide counselling referrals, signposting and access to professional support services.
Advocate for equitable access to fertility information, support services and treatment opportunities.
Promote public understanding and help reduce the stigma around infertility and reproductive health.
Support research, evidence gathering and policy development relating to fertility and reproductive wellbeing.
Provide training, mentoring and capacity-building for volunteers, professionals and community organisations.
Collaborate with public bodies, healthcare providers, charities, educational institutions and community groups.
Secure grants, donations, sponsorships and other funding to further our community benefit objectives.

Governance
Netmash Fertility Support CIC is governed under the Companies Act 2006 as a company limited by guarantee, subject to the Community Interest Company Regulations 2005. Our accounts, activities and asset lock are all part of the accountability that comes with CIC status.
